Renowned for expertise in basements, underpinning and structural works, the company operates with a turnover of approx. £10m per annum and has ambitious growth plans. The Role
As a Graduate Engineer, you will play a key part in delivering technically challenging structural projects. Working alongside experienced Contracts Managers and Project Engineers, you’ll gain exposure to:

* Basement construction and underpinning techniques

* Reinforced concrete (RC) structures

* Full project lifecycles, from design coordination to delivery on-site

* This role is ideal for an ambitious graduate who wants hands-on project involvement and the chance to develop both technical and commercial knowledge within a specialist contractor.

Requirements

* Civil or Structural Engineering degree

* Around 1 year’s experience in RC frame, basement or structural construction (site or office-based)

* Strong organisational and problem-solving ability

* Confident communicator, able to work well with teams and clients
