Salary: £75,000 – £85,000 per annum (plus package, depending on experience)

My client is seeking a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a permanent basis, leading the commercial delivery of a Department for Education (DfE) school project in Cambridge. This role will involve overseeing all financial and contractual aspects of the scheme, managing a small team of surveyors, and ensuring cost efficiency and successful completion.

The organisation is a Tier 1 main contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering large-scale, high-quality projects across the education, health care, and commercial sectors, with schemes typically ranging from £10m to £100m+.
