We are currently seeking an Experienced Flat Roofing Estimator to join our team at our Head Office in Sawston, Cambridge CB22, in a permanent, office-based position.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing accurate, timely, and competitive flat roofing tenders. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in flat roofing estimating, with a solid understanding of tendering processes and current industry standards.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for flat roofing projects.

Review specifications, drawings, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.

Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for accurate pricing.

Ensure tenders are submitted in a timely and professional manner.
