Mechanical Site Supervisor / Mechanical Site manager

We are currently recruiting for a plumbing site supervisor for a residential site in West Sussex.

This position is for an immediate start and applicants that are willing to work as a working supervisor would be at a distinct advantage.

Rates of pay £240- £260 per day depending on experience/ qualifications.

Monday to Friday paid weekly CIS or ltd. Must have public liability insurance. Free parking.

Duties will include:

Site sign in
Daily diary
Pipework materials take offs
Pipework Installation
Toolbox talks
Plant registers
Quality Assurance / Inspections
Wall / Ceiling Sign Offs
PUWER / PASMA Sign offs
On Site Coordination
Site Briefings
Dealing with sub-contractors on site – BMS, Ventilation, Insulation
Commissioning – Overseeing on site
Weekly/fortnightly project reviews with contracts managers
As built drawings
Health & Safety Enforcement

Applicants must have SSSTS or SMSTS + CSCS

Applicants must have previous experience in a similar role, have a valid skills card, own tools and PPE and be available for an immediate start.
