With a strong pipeline of projects and a reputation for delivering high-quality builds, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leading role on a landmark £17 million New Build Hotel project in North London.

The Role

As the lead Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be fully responsible for managing the financials of this high-profile hotel development from inception to completion. You'll work closely with the commercial team, site staff, and external stakeholders, ensuring project costs are controlled and value is maximised.

Key Responsibilities

Full commercial management of the £17m hotel new build project

Cost planning, forecasting, and reporting

Managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, and payments

Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements

Liaising with project managers, clients, and design teams

Requirements

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on similar scale new build projects

Background in Residential, Commercial, or Hospitality sectors preferred

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Able to work independently and lead a project commercially
