Associate Quantity Surveyor

A respected and growing cost consultancy in Central London is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to lead projects and people within their Fitzrovia-based team.

With five regional offices and a strong foothold in the London market, this is an ideal opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a senior leadership role and play a part in shaping a dynamic, ambitious business.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role

As the new Associate Quantity Surveyor, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of projects across key sectors including:

Residential & Mixed-Use
Hotels & Leisure
Healthcare & Life Sciences
Education & CommercialTypical project values range from £1m to £40m+, giving you a wide scope to apply your expertise. You will oversee full project lifecycles from pre-contract through to delivery, manage client relationships, and support the mentoring and development of junior team members.

This is a fantastic role for an Associate Quantity Surveyor looking to take lead of a team and be instrumental in the growth and development of the firm.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

Must have MRICS
Quantity Surveying experience within a UK PQS/Consultancy environment.
Strong pre- and post-contract knowledge.
Proven ability to lead projects across multiple sectors.
Collaborative team player with a client-first mindset.
Ambition to step into Associate Director-level roles.In Return?
