Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join a RIBA chartered architectural practice who provide their specialist services to conservation and rural projects. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architect to hit the ground running for their team based in Kelsall.

Lead Conservation projects through all RIBA work stages
Liaise alongside clients and other members of the teams
Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentationsSkills and experience for the role of Architect:

ARB Registered
Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
Proficiency with Revit is advantageous
Experience working on conservation and listed building projects
Strong attention to detail
Excellent detailing and drawing skills
Ability to work well independently and within a team
