Job: Site Engineer
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: North Lanarkshire, Scotland (with travel across the UK required)

About the Role

Our client, a well-established organisation within the sports construction sector, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join their expanding team and support a variety of exciting projects across Scotland and beyond. Typical works include synthetic pitches, athletics tracks, multi-use games areas, and associated civil engineering schemes.

Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for site operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Setting out and surveying works on site.
Reviewing drawings, plans, and quantities for accuracy.
Managing quality control and health & safety compliance.
Supervising site staff and subcontractors.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and their representatives.
Maintaining company procedures and standards at all times.
Supporting the wider team with additional engineering duties as required.
About You

A recognised qualification in Civil Engineering (HND, HNC or Degree).
Proven experience as a Site Engineer/Manager, ideally within civil or sports construction.
Previous setting-out experience for groundworks projects.
Valid CSCS card.
Full UK driving licence.
