Quantity Surveyor
A respected and long-standing Chartered Surveying practice is seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team at their Romford office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to work across a diverse project portfolio while receiving hands-on support and clear progression opportunities.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a busy team of 15 and be involved in a wide variety of sectors including public and private residential, education, healthcare, office, industrial (including sheds), and bespoke theatre projects.
This is an ideal position for a Quantity Surveyor keen to take the next step in their career within a collaborative consultancy that offers structured APC support and a clear path to Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The Quantity Surveyor – Requirements
Degree qualified (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Pre & Post Contract Experience
MRICS or currently working towards
Comfortable working in a team and managing own workloadWhat's on Offer?
£40,000 – £50,000
26 days annual leave + bank holidays (+additional leave per year of service)
