Site Manager
Overview
LMO Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take over responsibility for the delivery of a 6-house residential development. This role involves replacing the current manager on site, so professionalism, diplomacy, and the ability to transition smoothly into an ongoing project are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day site management and ensure smooth project continuation.

Oversee all trades and subcontractors to maintain progress and quality standards.
*
Ensure all site paperwork, records, and compliance documents are accurately completed and maintained.
*
Manage health & safety on site in line with company policy and legal requirements.
*
Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics.
*
Work closely with the client, senior management, and design team to resolve issues promptly.
*
Monitor construction progress to ensure deadlines are achieved.
*
Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
*
Produce and update site reports as required.
Requirements
*
SMSTS certification (essential).
*
Strong knowledge of residential construction projects.
*
Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and paperwork skills.
*
Proven ability to step into an ongoing project and manage stakeholders effectively.
*
Strong communication and leadership skills.
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Contract Details

Duration: Minimum 4 months (potential extension).
