We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager to join a leading Tier 1 main contractor, delivering a range of commercial and life sciences projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile, complex projects within a growing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all technical services delivery on projects, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

* Lead MEP coordination and integration throughout the project lifecycle.

* Work closely with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Provide leadership on all technical issues, supporting design and build stages.

* Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

* Report directly to senior management on project progress and technical performance.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager, ideally with a main contractor.

* Strong background in MEP systems within commercial or life sciences environments.

* Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

* Ability to manage complex, high-value projects from pre-construction through delivery.

* Available to start within a short notice period.

* Right to work in the UK required.

Package:

* £500 per day (contract) OR up to £105,000 annual salary (permanent).
