Flexible working is offered with just three days per week office commitments required.

The Role: My client is looking to recruit a new highly driven Senior Building Surveyor to be the latest addition to their London team!

Your work will consist of a variety of Dilapidations, Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters, Pre-Acquisition Surveys, Building Condition Surveys, Defects, Dispute Resolution & Expert Reports, Planned Preventable Maintenance & Reinstatement Cost Assessments.

Job Location: Central London (Euston)

Head Count: 40+

Current Projects: Commercial Offices, Industrial, Residential & Life Science

Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:

* Degree qualified – within a construction related discipline

* Contract Administration (must be familiar with the JCT Suite of Contracts)

* 3-5 years industry experience – preferably within a consultancy environment

* Excellent time management

* Well experienced within the office & industrial sectors

* Project & professional experience

* Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written and verbal

* Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required

* Able to work individually or in a team

* Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
