Project Manager

A forward-thinking multidisciplinary consultancy in Suffolk is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their expanding team. The successful Project Manager will work across residential, healthcare and commercial developments, playing a key role in delivering projects throughout the region. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards. The consultancy provides a collaborative environment where the Project Manager can thrive, working with supportive colleagues and a varied client base.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will oversee all stages of the project lifecycle including feasibility, procurement, risk management, contract administration and final delivery.

The Project Manager

Degree qualified in Construction, Project Management or similar

3+ years' experience in a consultancy environment

MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB qualified (or working towards)

Proven experience across residential, healthcare or commercial sectors

Strong organisational and communication skills
