Project Manager
A growing multidisciplinary consultancy in Birmingham is looking for a talented Project Manager to join their project management team. The successful Project Manager will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, education and residential sectors throughout the Midlands. This role is ideal for a proactive Project Manager who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys seeing projects through from inception to completion.
As a Project Manager, you will play an essential role in maintaining client relationships, delivering high-quality outcomes and ensuring schemes are managed efficiently. The consultancy is looking for a career-focused Project Manager who wants to develop within a supportive and ambitious environment.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will play a key role in driving projects forward from planning through to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure programmes, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day, you will be involved in managing procurement processes, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and supporting the delivery of successful outcomes. You will also contribute to building strong client relationships and have the chance to develop your skills while working on a variety of exciting and challenging projects.
The Project Manager
Degree qualified in a construction or project management discipline
MRICS, MAPM or MCIOB preferred (or working towards)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a consultancy setting
Strong organisational and communication skills
Broad project sector experience beneficial
