A leading consultancy in Cambridgeshire is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex projects across commercial, education and healthcare sectors. This role is well-suited to a confident Senior Project Manager with strong leadership skills and experience working with multiple stakeholders.

The successful Senior Project Manager will manage high-value projects while mentoring junior colleagues and strengthening long-term client relationships. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring successful delivery and helping drive the consultancy's growth across the region.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of projects from the earliest stages through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, act as the key point of contact for clients, and provide expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing procurement, contracts, financial management, and risk, as well as guiding and mentoring junior colleagues. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to lead high-profile projects while shaping the way we deliver outstanding consultancy services.

The Senior Project Manager

Chartered (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) preferred

Degree qualified in a construction-related subject

5+ years' consultancy project management experience

Proven leadership and client-facing ability

Strong track record delivering multi-sector projects
