Quantity Surveyor

The Partner of a leading construction consultancy is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to help deliver various projects across the East of England, whilst being based out of their Norwich office.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside an Associate QS and Partner on an array of projects including masterplanning, industrial, residential, healthcare valuing up to £30m.

Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will work on projects from inception to completion including estimating, procurement, site delivery, and concluding the final accounts.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Ideally completed a Quantity Surveying degree

* Minimum of 2 year Quantity Surveying experience

* Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment

* Pre and post contract exposure

* Client facing

* Working towards MRICS (if not already chartered)
