Quantity Surveyor

A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy which continues to grow, is seeking a professional a Quantity Surveyor to join their close-knit team in Cambridge.

The Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Quantity Surveyor shall work alongside an Associate QS and Partner on an array of projects including commercial, healthcare, industrial, and education valuing between £500k – £40m.

Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will work on projects from inception to completion including estimating, procurement, site delivery, and concluding the final accounts.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Ideally completed a Quantity Surveying degree

* Minimum of 2 year Quantity Surveying experience

* Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment

* Pre and post contract exposure

* Client facing

* Working towards MRICS (if not already chartered)
