We’re working with a reputable construction client to recruit a Junior Project Manager on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a practical understanding of construction operations and a strong interest in project delivery.

🔧 The Role:

*

Manage small construction and maintenance projects (£10k–£250k)

*

Oversee site setup, subcontractor coordination, and programme delivery

*

Produce RAMS, procurement schedules, and progress reports

*

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

*

Ensure compliance with H&S and CDM 2015 regulations

*

Assist with tendering and pricing of new work

✅ Requirements: Must-Haves:

*

Strong organisational and communication skills

*

Basic IT literacy

*

Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK

*

Willingness to obtain CSCS (company-supported)

Desirable:

*

Experience with small works or fit-out projects (£10k–£250k)

*

Knowledge of Microsoft 365, CDM 2015, and H&S regulations

*

CSCS card, SSSTS/SMSTS, or First Aid certification
