Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

An established, London-based Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a reliable Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to work alongside their current Associate.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive London office where you will be working on heritage, commercial, and education projects valuing up to £50m.

The successful Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor will be leading their own projects from inception to completion with support from a Director and Associate where necessary.

The Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

* UK, M&E Quantity Surveying experience

* Previous QS or SQS experience within a PQS practice

* 5+ years M&E Quantity Surveying experience

* Pre and post contract knowledge

* Comfortable working on site and in the office
