Location: Wimbledon, London
Rate: £250 – £270 per day (CIS/Umbrella)
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable Site Manager to oversee a new build project located in Wimbledon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of work across the Greater London area.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
Ensure all works are completed in accordance with design specifications, health & safety legislation, and quality standards.
Conduct site inductions, manage RAMS, and carry out regular health & safety inspections.
Report on project progress to senior management and attend regular site meetings.
Maintain detailed site records, including daily diaries and progress reports.Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience managing projects to completion
Valid SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), and First Aid certification.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and health & safety compliance.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
