Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established, multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for client retention and a robust pipeline of work is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing London team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to take the lead on a variety of projects across the commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors, ranging from £1m to £45m in value.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll operate in a client-facing role, delivering projects from early feasibility through to final account. You'll act as both Employer's Agent and Cost Consultant, offering strategic cost advice and overseeing full pre and post-contract duties.

This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a leadership position, with the opportunity to mentor junior team members and work towards Associate level. You'll be joining a forward-thinking consultancy that values quality delivery, collaboration, and professional development.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

You will ideally have:

A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related field
Strong consultancy experience in the UK
Proven ability to manage projects from inception to completion
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Experience across multiple sectors (residential, commercial, mixed-use)
MRICS status or currently working towards chartershipWhat's on Offer?

£65,000 – £75,000
