MEP Senior Project Manager

MEP Senior Project Manager – Bristol / Wiltshire Region
Salary: £90,000 – £110,000 per annum
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified MEP Senior Project Manager to take the lead on a major MEP-biased construction project located in Aztec West, Bristol, with additional responsibility for supporting projects across the wider Bristol–Wiltshire region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead MEP coordination, installation, and commissioning on a flagship project in Aztec West

* Provide technical MEP support across multiple regional projects

* Manage subcontractor performance, quality control, and compliance

* Ensure integration of MEP works with overall construction programme

* Drive project performance across cost, quality, safety, and delivery

* Collaborate with commercial, planning, and delivery teams

Qualifications & Certifications (Essential):

* Minimum HNC in related discipline

* Membership of a recognised professional body (e.g., CIOB, RICS, APM, or PMP certified)

* CSCS card (managerial/professional level)

* SMSTS (5-day) – Site Management Safety Training Scheme

* First Aid at Work

* Demonstrated experience managing large-scale MEP works from pre-construction through to commissioning
