A globally recognised, award-winning construction and property consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office, located near Tottenham Court Road.

Known for delivering landmark projects across the UK, this is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take on high-profile work and fast-track their career.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

You'll lead major schemes across Life Sciences, Higher Education, Commercial, and Masterplanning sectors (project values up to £200m+), working closely with Partners while being supported on your path to Associate.

You'll be joining a multidisciplinary team of over 150 professionals, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Working closely with board members and partners, you'll lead complex, high-value projects while being supported on your journey to Associate and beyond.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

A construction-related degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying preferred)
MRICS (or working towards it)
Strong experience leading projects pre- and post-contract
Prior Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy
Experience working on projects across the above mentioned sectorsWhat's on Offer?

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

£65,000 – £75,000 (DOE)
