A growing, client-focused consultancy based near Waterloo is seeking a confident and driven Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

This independent, well-respected consultancy is led by a hands-on Owner and supported by a senior team of five experienced professionals. They are now looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor who can take ownership of projects and deliver with confidence.

You'll work across a broad portfolio of schemes within the education, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors – typically valued between £1m and £10m. With continued growth and two immediate hires planned, this is a fantastic time to join and influence the direction of the business.

This role offers a clear path to progression and the opportunity to run your own projects in a flexible, professional setting.

The Project Quantity Surveyor- Requirements

A RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Pre and post contract experience
Experience running projects independently
Strong communication and client-facing skillsIn Return?
