About the Role:
Construo Recruitment are seeking an experienced Passive Fire Protection Contracts Manager to oversee and deliver a range of fire protection projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing specialist contractor, where you’ll play a key role in managing contracts from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing multiple passive fire protection projects simultaneously.

* Ensuring all works are delivered in line with compliance, quality, and health & safety standards.

* Leading project planning, programming, and financial control.

* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and supply chain partners to ensure smooth delivery.

* Overseeing site teams and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the passive fire protection sector.

* Strong technical knowledge of fire stopping, fire doors, and compartmentation.

* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

* Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and client relationships effectively.

* Relevant qualifications in fire protection (desirable but not essential).
