I'm working with an Asset Management Business in Chorley looking for a Project Manager with commercial office fit-out experience.

They are one of the UK's most established names in commercial property and asset management, they are committed to providing innovative spaces where both established and growing businesses can thrive.

They have a vast portfolio of commercial and industrial real estate spanning over 15 million sq ft and with an additional 4.5 million sq ft in the pipeline.

The Role

They are looking for a Project Manager based in the North West. You will be specifically coordinating sites in Peterborough. So a split between Chorley/Peterborough.

Your role will be managing the programmes, quality control, health and safety, and continuously liaising with the client.

Ensure the delivery of the project within the budget and time scales specified
Quality, customer service and delivery as you may be working in a live environment at times.
Excellent client liaison skills
Health & Safety control, both internally and externally
Close and effective management of both directly employed staff and sub-contract labour to ensure that commercial control is retained.
To be responsible for the day to day running of all varieties of contract
To liaise with all suppliers, sub contractors pre contract and during projects
Liaising with our in house Designer and assistant, for site set up files, risk assessments and H&S files, Also Completion of O&M files

Salary will be £60k – £65k + below package:
