About the Role
You’ll be supporting and delivering key facade remediation projects across the North, acting as a trusted Quantity Surveyor for a range of high-profile clients. You’ll work closely with project teams, manage costs throughout the project lifecycle, and contribute to the firm’s growing reputation in this specialist area.
Your role will include:
* Full Quantity Surveying duties from feasibility through to final accounts
* Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration responsibilities
* Supporting senior team members and collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues
* Assisting in business development and strengthening client relationships across the North
* Playing a proactive role in remediation of high-risk buildings in the region
About the Requirements
We’re looking for a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or someone working towards chartership with:
* 10+ years’ experience in a PQS consultancy environment
* Proven experience with facade remediation and residential/mixed-use projects
* Deep understanding of the Manchester and Northern markets, with commercial insight
* Strong communication, IT, and analytical skills
* A proactive, collaborative, and client-focused approach
* Ability to build relationships and support new business opportunities
