Job Title: Resident Liaison Officer
Location:B60 – BIRMINGHAM/Bromsgrove
Salary: UP TO 34K plus car allowance
Sector: Social Housing Maintenance

MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE. SALARY IS UP TO 34K

6 month fixed term with a view to going Full time (subject to us being awarded the 5 year contract) . starts in 2-3 weeks. salary up to 34k plus 4k car allowance

About the Role

As the key point of contact for residents, you will:
* Engage with customers through newsletters, meetings, visits, and open days.
* Ensure residents are kept informed of works, processes, and any changes or updates.
* Provide excellent customer care and aftercare, ensuring works are completed to a high standard.
* Manage expectations and communication between residents, clients, and our operations teams.
* Handle potentially challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and resilience

Requirements of the Resident Liaison Officer:

1+ year of experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (Social Housing).
Strong communication skills and empathy.
Ability to work under pressure
