Basic £35,000 to £38,000 depending on experience

Full remote (must be UK based)

We are looking for an experienced OCDEA assessor ideally with proven experience in Part O and Psi Values, but this is not essential. The role is to join our clients who has a long-established business. This client has been delivering outstanding service to the planning sector for almost 30 years, earning a reputation for high standards and excellent customer care.

The Role

* Carrying out SAP assessments and providing detailed reports.

* Ensuring compliance with Part O and other relevant building regulations.

* Working on Psi Values, our client is happy to train in this area.

* Working closely with designers, architects, and developers.

* Contributing as part of a collaborative team.

The Ideal Candidate

* Strong understanding of OCDEA assessment and the latest building regulations.

* Ideally experience with PSi Values and Part O assessments.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships.

* A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
