Site Manager

Our client a Surey based external facades contractor currently seek an experienced Site Manager for a Student accommodation re cladding project in the West End, Glasgow, Scotland.

This is a temporary assignment for a minimum term of 1 year, is a hands off position, coupled with an immediate start, and an excellent day rate.

It is essential that you hold a minimum of: SMSTS, Black CSCS, and First Aid.

The work itself is hacking off an old render system and installing new render and cladding panels on multiple student blocks

Duties will include:

* Managing subcontractors

* Sitting in on site meetings

* Liaising with the client

* Quality Assurance

* Dealing with suppliers and local authorities for material orders and permits

* Managing required plant

* IT responsibilities

This is an immediate start for the right candidate
