As an Estimator your responsibilities will include:

* Compiling & issuing tender packages for sending to sub-contractors etc

* Liaising with suppliers & sub-contractors to ensure works are priced correctly

* Compiling ancillary information as may be required for certain types of tenders

* Compiling & pricing of negotiated work and project budgets

* Measuring & taking off quantities where required for tender submissions

* Producing tender documents in the form of Bills of Quantities where required

We are looking for an Estimator with the following skills and experience:

* Estimator or a QS experience with a building contractor / Graduates accepted

* Refurbishment experience is highly desirable (ideally not new build/civils)

* IT literate and proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel

* Professional, positive and pleasant manner

* Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

* Driving licence and a vehicle

In return, the successful Estimator will receive a salary of up to £45,000 DOE and the following benefits…

* Annual performance related bonus (payable in December)
