Contracts Manager

Our client, a well-established facades and drylining specialist based in Ramsgate, is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to take a key role in the company’s continued development and help them secure their place on tender lists, driving both project delivery and business growth.

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will:

Oversee multiple projects across drylining and façade works.

*

Manage contracts from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

*

Work closely with the Directors to support business development and growth strategies.

*

Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

*

Contribute towards securing new projects and helping the company get onto key tender lists.

Requirements

*

Proven experience in drylining (facades knowledge beneficial).

*

Strong contract and project management background.

*

SMSTS and relevant basic tickets (experience will be valued more than certifications).

*

Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

*

Commercial awareness and ability to support business growth.

Package

*

£60,000 basic salary

*

£5,000 expenses

Car allowance/expenses or company car
