Electrical Supervisor

Ridgeway & Co are working with a leading M&E contractor to recruit an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee major construction projects across London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on supervisor with a background in building services and commercial/residential developments to join a dynamic contractor with a strong pipeline of projects.

Key Responsibilities

*

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on-site

*

Manage and monitor subcontractors to ensure quality and safety standards

*

Support project delivery from installation through to commissioning

*

Carry out inspections, testing, and quality checks of electrical systems

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times

*

Liaise with site managers, engineers, and the client to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

*

Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within construction (residential or commercial)

*

Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations

*

SSSTS or SMSTS qualification preferred

*

ECS / JIB Gold Card desirable

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills

*

Able to manage teams and ensure deadlines are met to a high standard
