We’re proud to partner with a fast-growing start-up pioneering self-healing concrete technology. Their mission is to build a more sustainable future by extending the lifespan of infrastructure and reducing carbon emissions.

Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a Graduate Engineer to join their small but ambitious team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone fresh out of university with a degree in civil or structural engineering who wants to kick-start their career working on cutting-edge sustainable infrastructure projects.

What you’ll do:

* Support the design and delivery of infrastructure projects using their self-healing concrete.

* Assist with project planning, technical reporting, drawings, and specifications.

* Get involved in site investigations, testing, and monitoring.

* Work closely with experienced engineers, academics, and industry partners.

* Gain exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of projects in a growing start-up environment.

What they’re looking for:

* A degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

* Strong technical and analytical skills gained through coursework, projects, or placements.

* Enthusiasm to learn and apply engineering knowledge in real-world projects.

* Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset.

* Passion for sustainability, innovative materials, and shaping the future of construction.

What they offer:

* Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience.
