The Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, all while maintaining the creative integrity and high standards our client is known for. You will work across a diverse portfolio of commercial interiors — from start-ups to large corporates and institutional landlords — providing cost planning, procurement advice, and commercial oversight from concept through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

Provide accurate cost planning, budgeting, and estimating for interior fit-out projects
*
Manage tender processes and contractor negotiations
*
Conduct value engineering exercises while maintaining design intent
*
Prepare interim valuations, cost reports, and final accounts
*
Collaborate closely with design, project management, and furniture teams
*
Advise on procurement strategy and risk management
*
Ensure all commercial processes are compliant and transparent
What We’re Looking For
*
Proven experience in quantity surveying within commercial interiors, workplace design, or fit-out
*
Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract stages
*
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
*
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*
MRICS or working towards chartership is desirable, but not essential
*
Passion for innovative design and delivering high-quality environments
