Location: Yorkshire / Nationwide

Salary: £65,000 -£70,000 per annum + package

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects with values circa £10 million

TS Recruitment is working with a well-established main contractor who build care homes and commercial projects. We are currently recruiting a no1 site-based Project Manager on large new build schemes.

What's on Offer:

Competitive salary: £65,000 – £70,000
Car allowance
33 days holiday including bank holidays
Pension scheme (following a 3-month qualifying period)
Site hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:

Full operational responsibility for new build projects with values circa £10 million
Typical projects are new build care homes, schools and hospitals
Collaborate closely with the Construction Director to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards
Write site programmes and amend throughout the build
Manage on-site labour and subcontractors effectively
Interpret and provide guidance on technical drawings
Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
Perform regular site inspections to assess progress and quality
Chair site meetings with the client

Specialising in new build care homes valued up to £10 million
Projects include commercial developments and care homes
Candidate Requirements:

SMSTS and First Aid certification
CSCS card (preferably Black)
Proven experience managing care home or commercial build projects for a main contractor
Strong leadership and team management skills
Ambition to progress within a long-term role
