Job Duties:

Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction site
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
Monitor and maintain quality standards
Assist in managing the construction schedule

Required Qualifications:

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, part of an NHBC Pride in the Job winning site, Driving Licence

Experience:

Over 2 years as an Assistant Site Manager for a high volume housing developer.

Working Conditions:

Work on construction sites, may require outdoor work and travel between sites.
