Project Manager

Project Manager for a contract role managing the implementation of a new baggage system in Terminal 2 at Heathrow Airport.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinating with various teams and sub-contractors
Ensuring that project goals are met within the approved budget and timeframe
Managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues
Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders
Adhering to all regulatory and compliance requirements related to telecommunications and airport operations
Conducting post-project evaluation and reporting to ensure continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

Experience in project management within the telecommunications sector, particularly in airport or other highly regulated environments
Hands on experience with ICS Cable
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively
Problem-solving expertise and the ability to mitigate risks proactively
Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the aviation and telecommunications sectors
PMP or PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent is advantageous
