Facilities Helpdesk Assistant
Are you looking for new facilities helpdesk role in London? Do you have experience of scheduling engineers and using a CAFM system?
We are pleased to bring you a new permanent role, working client side in the public sector for a leading organisation in central London. You will be working in the busy estates team and be tasked with a varied role including helpdesk, scheduling engineers, reporting and raising POs and collating contractor compliance.
This is the perfect role for someone who has experience of some of the above tasks and who is ready to take on a broader role within facilities.
In addition to a starting salary of c£32,000 you will be offered:

Only working a 35 hour week (Monday – Friday 8-4)
Within this facilities helpdesk role you will be responsible for:
Scheduling engineers jobs and responding to reactive maintenance requests
Raising PO numbers
Using the CAFM system, Excel and Word
Compiling reports and compliance
To be successful in this role you should have already had experience of contract support, facilities helpdesk, maintenance scheduling or operations within an estates team. You do not need to have covered all of the tasks but should be confident in one of these areas.
