️ Project Manager – High-End Joinery & Modular Interiors

Location: Office-based in London with regular site visits (60% office / 40% site)

Salary: £70,000-£75,000 & Package

Travel: Office based visiting sites in London

️ About the Role

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager with a strong joinery subcontractor background to lead multiple high-value commercial interior projects across London and the Southeast. You’ll be working with top-tier subcontractors managing a portfolio worth £5 million annually across 5–10 concurrent jobs.

‍♂️ Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate a project team including , joinery designers, and CAD technicians

Oversee the full project lifecycle from design to delivery

Ensure quality, budget, and timelines are met across multiple sites

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain high standards

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues

Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in high-end joinery 

Strong leadership skills with the ability to run multidisciplinary teams

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and commercial fit-out environments

A proactive mindset—not afraid to get hands-on when needed

Based within reasonable commuting distance to London
