Senior Project Manager

A respected consultancy in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take a lead role in delivering large-scale projects across commercial, education and residential developments. This is a great opportunity for a client-facing Senior Project Manager who enjoys responsibility and can confidently oversee complex schemes.

The successful Senior Project Manager will manage multiple projects, providing leadership to junior colleagues and ensuring client expectations are exceeded. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be integral to the consultancy's growth in the Midlands region.

The Senior Project Manager's role

The Senior project Manager will take ownership of projects from the earliest stages through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. You will manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, act as the key point of contact for clients, and provide expert advice throughout the project lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing procurement, contracts, financial management, and risk, as well as guiding and mentoring junior colleagues. This is a role where you will have the opportunity to lead high-profile projects while shaping the way we deliver outstanding consultancy services.

The Senior Project Manager

Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM) strongly preferred

Degree qualified in a construction-related subject

Minimum 5 years' consultancy project management experience

Excellent leadership and client management skills

Proven record delivering across multiple sectors
