Senior Quantity Surveyor

A highly respected, international property and construction consultancy is seeking a commercially astute and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a career-minded Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on high-profile projects, lead client relationships, and step onto a clear pathway to Associate within a fast-growing, multi-disciplinary environment.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll join a well-established office of over 190 professionals, including a 45-strong QS team. You'll lead a range of complex, high-value projects across sectors such as Higher Education, Healthcare, Data Centres, and Social Housing – with growing opportunities in Commercial Offices and Private Residential.

Working alongside Associate Directors and Partners, your role will include project delivery, team leadership, and client development. This consultancy actively promotes from within and offers a non-bureaucratic structure, giving you the autonomy and support to fast-track your progression to Associate.

This is an ideal step for a Senior QS who's looking to work in a strategic capacity while still remaining hands-on with projects.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor- Requirements

MRICS ideally or currently working towards
A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environments
Property / Real Estate sector background
Excellent pre-and-post-contract experience & a successful track record leading projects
Ambition to progress quickly into an Associate roleWhat's on Offer?

£70,000 – £75,000
