Associate Quantity Surveyor

A highly respected, international construction and property consultancy is seeking a commercially focused Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Associate looking to step into a senior leadership role, drive key client relationships, and position themselves on a clear pathway to Director level.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in both project delivery and business development, working across a strong pipeline of work in Higher Education, Healthcare, Data Centres, and Social Housing, as well as expanding into Commercial Offices and Private Residential sectors.

You will oversee a dedicated team of surveyors, support junior talent with APC progression, and lead complex projects from inception through to completion. Alongside this, you'll work closely with the senior leadership team to win new business and broaden sector opportunities.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor- Requirements

MRICS
A strong Quantity Surveying background in UK Consultancy environments
Property / Real Estate sector background
Excellent pre-and-post-contract experience & a successful track record leading projects
Ambition to progress into a Director role is desirable
Track record of client management and business development
Proven ability to lead projects and teams independentlyWhat's on Offer?
