Our client is a leading M&E Contractor with a turnover of £200m, delivering landmark projects across high-end residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors. With individual project values reaching up to £40m M&E, they are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join their London team on a long-term freelance basis.

The Role

As Senior Electrical Project Manager, you will take ownership of electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the design development, coordination, and implementation of electrical systems.

Managing subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to drive performance.

*

Providing technical expertise and solutions during the pre-construction phase.

*

Ensuring compliance with all regulations, standards, and client requirements.

Monitoring progress, reporting directly to the Project Manager, and driving delivery.

*

Overseeing testing, commissioning, and smooth handover to the client.

About You

*

HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).

*

Proven track record of delivering large-scale M&E projects (£20m–£40m).

*

Experience in high-end residential, mixed-use, or commercial developments.

*

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage packages from concept to completion.
