Lead Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer
Salary: £50k-£60K (depending on experience)
Location: South London (Remote) Van + Fuel Card Provided
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for carrying out pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework in commercial and industrial buildings.
Responsibilities below, but not limited to:
* Perform pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework according to industry standards and regulations
* Use a variety of chemicals, methodology and equipment to remove debris, dirt, and contaminants from systems
* Complete pre-commission cleaning projects within scheduled timeframes and budget constraints
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
* Continuously update knowledge of industry best practices and new cleaning technologies
* Provide training to assistants and other team members as required
* Provide daily feedback and project updates
* Maintain health & safety procedures at all times whilst working on site, for all team members, at all times
Requirements:
* Valid SSSTS / CSCS
* Proven experience in pre-commission cleaning of HVAC systems, boilers, and pipework
* Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to pre-commission cleaning
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
* Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment as needed.
