Based in the heart of London, at Tower Bridge, they manage highly complex new build and refurbishment construction projects, including cut and carve, across a variety of sectors, including: Civic, Commercial, Defence, Education, Healthcare, Heritage, Recreation and Leisure, Residential and Life Science

Scheme sizes vary from small to multi-million pound projects.

They focus on delivering exceptional value and establishing long-term relationships to ensure every project is a success for their client.

Their services include private Quantity Surveying, Project Monitoring, Bills of Quantities Preparation, Cost Planning, Estimating, and Post Contract QS Services

The role – Quantity Surveyor

They are looking for a quantity surveyor to join their growing commercial team, supporting a wide variety of pre-and post-contract services across high-profile Tier 1 contractor projects

You will be office-based with site/ client visits, with the option of flexible working if needed, once you're established in the business.

The right person

Assistant, intermediate, and Senior Quantity Surveyors are invited to apply.

You will be from a main contracting background, and will have worked for a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor.

Working hours 8-5
