We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Design Manager to join a leading main contractor, specialising in new build and refurbishment projects across London and the South.

As a Design Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing CAT A & B projects, ensuring high-quality delivery from design through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate design processes across new build and refurbishment projects.

Oversee CAT A & CAT B fit-out projects, ensuring compliance and quality standards.

Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure design intent is achieved.

Provide technical input, manage design risks, and support project delivery.

Ensure smooth progression of PCSA contracts and maintain RIBA stage compliance.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Design Manager within the construction industry.

Strong background in new build and refurbishment projects.

Experience with PCSA contracts and knowledge of RIBA stages (advantageous).

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work within a fast-paced main contractor environment.
