The Role:
As a multi-skilled operative, you will be a key player in transforming domestic properties through expert kitchen and bathroom installations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring immaculate finishes, making these crucial spaces ready for use. Your key responsibilities will include:
Tiling: Expertly preparing surfaces and laying a variety of tiles (ceramic, porcelain, natural stone) in kitchens and bathrooms to a high standard.
Finishing Works: Carrying out all aspects of finishing, including precise silicone application, minor plaster patching, painting touch-ups, and ensuring all details are perfect.
Site Set-Up & Tidy-Up: Ensuring the work area is protected before work begins and thoroughly cleaned upon completion, minimizing disruption to residents.
Customer Interaction: Engaging respectfully and professionally with residents in their homes.
Adhering strictly to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
Role Requirements:
We need someone who is:
Experienced: Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Operative, Handyman, or Finisher, with a strong background in domestic kitchen and bathroom installations.
Tiling Expertise: Demonstrable high-quality tiling skills are essential.
Finishing Pro: Exceptional attention to detail in all finishing aspects.
Versatile: Capable of turning their hand to various tasks involved in domestic renovations.
Reliable & Proactive: Punctual, highly motivated, and able to work independently and manage their time effectively.
Customer Focused: Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, respectful when working in occupied homes.
Certified: A valid CSCS card is essential for this role.
Tools & Transport: Own tools and a full UK driving licence are preferred
