The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects ranging from residential developments to complex healthcare refurbishments and educational facilities. You'll manage project programmes, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and to a high standard.

You will be expected to run design team meetings, produce progress reports, manage procurement activities and provide clients with clear, professional advice throughout each project stage. Projects are typically London-based, with occasional travel to wider South East locations.

The Project Manager

Degree-qualified in a construction-related discipline such as Project Management, Building Surveying, Architecture or Engineering

Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering construction projects in a consultancy or client-side role

Proven experience working within the residential, healthcare or education sectors

Good working knowledge of contract administration (NEC and/or JCT)

Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills

Chartered or working towards chartership with APM, RICS, CIOB or similar preferred
