Cambridge | £45,000 – £60,000 depending on experience

We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Managing project costs and budgets from start to finish

Preparing and reviewing tenders, contracts, and documentation

*

Collaborating closely with project managers, site teams, and clients

*

Monitoring progress and preparing accurate financial reports

*

Helping to ensure projects are delivered smoothly and profitably

What we’re looking for:

*

Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying (or a related field)

*

Around 3–7 years of experience in a QS role

*

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

*

Detail-focused, proactive, and commercially aware

*

Keen to continue learning and progressing in a supportive team
